At Art by Lelli, we take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.

📦 Delivery Costs

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Smaller Paintings & Prints – £4.95

  • Larger Canvas Sizes – £19.00

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on the size of your artwork.

⏱️ Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving your purchase.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 2 working days, depending on your location and the courier used.

🚛 Delivery Services

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your artwork arrives safely, including:

  • DPD

  • Royal Mail

  • Other reliable couriers, depending on the size and destination of your order

A tracking number will be provided where available once your item has been dispatched.

🖼️ Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Larger canvas pieces are securely boxed, and smaller items are padded appropriately to prevent damage.

❗ Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your artwork arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
