Art by Lelli is an independent online store selling original paintings and artwork. All pieces are created with care and passion, and we aim to deliver a positive experience for every customer.

2. Products

  • All artwork listed on our website is described as accurately as possible.

  • Due to variations in screen settings and lighting, colours may appear slightly different in person.

  • Each painting is an original or limited edition, and availability is subject to change.

3. Ordering

  • Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to availability or pricing errors. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

4. Payment

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe, a trusted and encrypted payment gateway.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We carefully package all artwork to ensure safe delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

  • We currently deliver within the UK only. For international enquiries, please contact us.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your new artwork! However, if there is an issue:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement if applicable.

  • Change of Mind: As our items are unique and/or made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you are happy with your selection before purchasing.

  • Custom Orders: Commissions or personalised artwork are non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Art by Lelli and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
